What a fabulous meeting which gathered us during this days of Muharram with the greatest Islamic disaster, returning its everlasting memories inside us, Muslims!, glorifying its eternity which raising through all ages, and following its heroic, wonderful events to learn from it the highest means of struggles which has been represented with glorious sky lights, generous with spiritual examples, full of all the meanings of good, which were represented on that day of Altaf in Ashura.

That day, which is still and remained as a good lesson in the heart of Muslims, shinning page in Islamic history, an incandescent torch which separating high glories and the right faith, and a clear path towards spiritual immortality and the remains of the immaterial morals.

I am so eager in this article to talk about a role which one of the mains roles in this divine memory which comes after the role of the Imam AS directly, Its (Zainab), Zainab bint Ali (AS), the sister of Husain AS, descendant of the Hashemite noble house, the First lady of Bani Talib (the tripe), the flower of her glorious family, the basil of the prophecy, and the blossom of the blessed tree (a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and its branches [high] in the sky) (Quran 14:24).

Zainab who was bred and raised with Fatemi tenderness and Mohamadi kindness. Who was prepared since her early days to record the brightest page of Jihad of the Muslim women. The one who was surrender with the shadows of Ashura since the first day light of her birthday. Here is the history talking to us honestly and even orientalists e.g. Ronaldson in his book (Shia doctrine) and Lammens in his books (Fatima and daughters of Mohammed) stated that the prophet SAWA was seeing in his little child, a firm army in front of coming life incidents, thus he started to prepare her and light up inside her the divine light and the zeal fire. When Imam Ali AS, one day, implied to her about her coming role she answered him earnestly ” I know that my father, my mother told me about it to prepare me for my future". O Allah! O How amazing the lady of the Hashemite!, and what a faith in Islam which gives the Muslims spirit an energy which is nothing like it.

Gradually, she stepped forward towards her sad sapling after losing the generous Messenger SAWA and the pains of orphanhood. She followed her dead mother commandments, and became a mother for Hasan AS and Husain AS. A second mother who doesn’t lack for tenderness of mother whatever it takes of altruism and sacrifices.

The incidents came one after one continuously and our lady were watching them closer and from a distance. She was integrated with the message of her grandfather, derived from it glowing lights and lightning torches until the time brought her to the day of Ashura, the day of the eternal light, the day of the great Jihad.

She was the first once sensing the dangerous spots of Karbala and she heard Imam Husain AS saying “Woe to you O world! What kind of friend are you?!” she came out saying “What a grief! I wish I had died!” then her beloved brother started to calming and comforting her. Later, he explained the facts of the situation and recommended her with his wills.

Since that moment she took the greatest responsibilities and started the greatest mission in history, which is supporting the truthful call which her noble family martyred for. After the battle and after losing every precious thing in life, we still could see her standing firmly like a rock and raising tall like a mountain speaking to Yazeid saying ” Oh Yazid! Do you think that by making us prisoners in such a way that we are being taken from one place to another in humiliation - do you think that by this you have humiliated us in the sight of Allah and have earned respect for yourself?!

This apparent success of yours is the result of grandeur of your might and lofty status for which you are proud…. You feel that you have conquered the whole world and your affairs are organized and that our domain is now under your control… And are you forgetting that Allah has said: “Surely those who have bought unbelief at the price of faith shall do no harm at all to Allah, and they shall have a painful chastisement". (Quran 3:177)

Then she turned to Yazid and said: “By Allah you have pulled off your skin and cut off your flesh. And if you consider us as a trophy, then you will find us your Accusing opponents on the time where you find nothing but what you did".

This is how the daughter of Ali AS came out of Altaf with higher spirit and harder in faith and strength. Her speech in Kufa was the first spark behind the revenge, and Altwabein movement. She wiped her tears while she was looking at Kufa, her childhood home, and the capital of her noble ancestors. She pointed to the crying people to be quiet and said:

(O people of Kufa! May the cries never end and the tears never diminish. You are like the woman who painstakingly and with great labor twines a strong rope, and then herself unwinds it, thereby wasting her effort and energy. Your false pledges contain no element of truth and sincerity. Your tactic has become flattering the maids and nodding your heads in agreement to the enemies.
Cry immensely and laugh less, for you are contaminated with such shame and disgrace, that you will never be able to wash it off. Will you be surprised if the sky rains blood? What a bad thing you did that Allah has become angry with you, and in the punishment they will abide eternally.)

The daughter of the messenger continued her mission calling for the message of Islam with certainty and full knowledge. The enormous calamities didn’t keep her busy nor the adversities could stop her to proceed in the path of advocacy and guidance, until she became an extension to the life of her brother Husain AS and her noble family AS.

Let us be enlightened by her mighty spirit, and let us take the energy from her to protect our society which she built for us, she and her noble family AS under the majestic banner of Islam and the victorious Quran. Do not give up or get tired, here is the shining tomorrow opens his arm to receives us, let us step up to it with Quran in our right and the word of (No god but Allah) in our left, because tomorrow is ours if God willing.
